Covid 19 Update 3/27/2020

To: Clients, Community Members and Friends of Family Service and Mental Health Center of Cicero

We understand that our clients and community need us now more than ever in this time of uncertainty and anxiety. We quickly transitioned our team to work from home and we are now offering teletherapy for the safety of our clients and our staff. Our main office is closed until further notice but we are still here for you !

Family Service will continue to provide therapy for existing clients and we are accepting new clients. Please call your clinician to arrange a communication method that works for you. We can provide services via Zoom, a HIPAA-secured video conferencing platform, or via phone. If you are looking to initiate therapy services, please call us at (708) 656-6430 and leave a message. Someone will return your call within 24 hours (Monday-Friday) to set up an intake via phone or video conferencing.

We recognize that this is an extremely challenging time for our clients, and we are committed to continuing to meet the mental health needs of our community. However, this pandemic is taking a deep toll on our financial ability to continue to serve our clients. Please consider making a donation so that we have the resources we need to provide these essential services.

If you have a specific medical question, please consult with your primary care physician or pediatrician. Please check our social media for the very latest information and additional resources.
