Barrett R. Marlar

Barrett R. Marlar joined the Family Service and Mental Health Center of Cicero in 2008 and currently serves on the Resource Development Committee. Barrett started as a Police Officer with the Cicero Police Department in 1986. He worked through the ranks and became Deputy Superintendent in 2007. Barrett is the Executive Director of the Chicago Police Explorers.
