About Our Center

Family Service and Mental Health Center of Cicero, also known as Cicero Family Service, provides high quality mental health care, including individual, couples and family counseling, as well as psychiatric treatment. The Center is located on Cermak Road in Cicero, Illinois.

Our experienced clinicians offer a variety of treatment modalities that are interactive and solution-focused. Our approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges and mental health concerns. Treatment methods and techniques provide an experience that is personalized and tailored to each client. With compassion and understanding, our team of therapists work with individuals and families to help them build on their strengths and attain the personal growth they are committed to achieving.

Education
All professional staff of the Center have advanced training in counseling, social work, psychology, or medicine.

License, Certifications & Awards

Our clinicians are professionally licensed in Clinical Professional Counseling (LCPC), Clinical Social Work (LCSW), Clinical Psychology (PsyD) or Medicine (MD). The Center is accredited by The Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) and is Medicaid Certified by the State of Illinois.  The Center has also been a contracted provider with the Illinois Department of Human Services since 1976.
